Collating Documents (Sending Multiple Letters From One PDF)

If you have a single document that has different letters to multiple recipients (aka variable data), you will not be able to send it through this website.  

For example, if you have a 3-page PDF and page 1 is addressed to John Doe, page 2 is addressed to Susan Webber, and page 3 is addressed to Michael Miller, then our system will not be able to know what page goes with what recipient.

But good news!  Our parent website, www.LetterStream.com, can easily accomplish this!

Simply create a free account there, and you will be able to send your document with variable data in no time!  You will either be able to use our PreAddressed PDF jobtype, or you can use another jobtype as long as you select the "collate" option.
