Return Mail Processing
If you do not have a return address you would like to use on your mailing, Mail My Letter offers a Return Mail Processing Center option.
When you select this option, our return address will be added to your document. If USPS returns your letter to our processing center as undeliverable, we will attempt to notify you by email.
The Return Mail Processing Center option costs an additional $1.95 per recipient.
Important: This is not a correspondence address
Our Return Mail Processing Center address is intended only for receiving mail that is returned by USPS.
If a recipient sends a reply or other correspondence to this address, it will not be forwarded to you.
If you would like your recipients to be able to contact you or send correspondence to you by mail, we recommend using a return address that you control instead of the Return Mail Processing Center address.
Which return address should I use?
Use your own return address if:
- You want recipients to be able to reply to you by mail.
- You need to receive documents, payments, or other correspondence from recipients.
- You have a valid return address that you monitor.
Use the Return Mail Processing Center if:
- You do not want to use your own return address.
- You understand that recipient correspondence sent to this address will not be forwarded to you.
