Stopping Letters From Being Mailed

If you need to modify or cancel your letter and have not paid for it yet, you can delete the letter in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Delete Job" link located below your letter name:

If you need to modify or cancel your letter after it's been paid for, unfortunately we are not able to assist you.

Once a letter has been paid for, it enters into our fully automated processes and is combined with thousands of other letters and cannot be retrieved, canceled, or modified.

We must apologize if this causes frustration as we certainly see how someone may occasionally need to cancel or alter a letter.  We have attempted to spell out in multiple ways on our website that it is not possible, but feel free to let us know how we can improve this communication, as we're always open to feedback.
